Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, and GeM Portal.

• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer follow-ups.

• Provide accurate product information on Power & Video Solutions, including UPS, batteries, inverters, and related solutions.

• Handle customer inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules while ensuring a professional customer experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, customer interactions, and sales activity.

• Prepare and update sales pipelines, forecasts, performance reports, and management reports.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on product developments, technical specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.

• Collect customer feedback, identify concerns, and coordinate with management to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and coordination skills, a customer-focused approach, good product learning ability, and proficiency in maintaining sales records and reports.
