Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Description:
Avista Learning is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents

• Explain Avista Learning’s courses, benefits, and admission process

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns

• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of sales or telecalling (freshers can apply)

• Ability to work with targets and incentives

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
