Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Door Automation)

Position: Sales Coordinator – Door Automation

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Plot No. 187,1st floor, G block, Thermax Chowk, above Kotak Bank, MIDC, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma

• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator for the Door Automation division. The candidate will support the sales team, coordinate with customers, prepare quotations, track orders, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries and follow-ups

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents

• Maintain customer records and sales data

• Handle order processing and coordinate with the dispatch/service team

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules

• Support the sales team in achieving business targets

• Coordinate with clients for meetings, appointments, and project updates

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Maintain proper communication with internal departments and customers

• Handle telephonic and email communication professionally

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic understanding of sales processes

• Customer handling skills
