We are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator (Garment Accessories, Apparel Industry) to join our team at at Landmark Labels And Accessories LLP, a manufacturer of garment labels, buttons, and accessories. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process orders from apparel brands and garment factories.
Maintain accurate order records in Excel and ERP systems.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.
Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries regarding samples and deliveries.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports.
Follow up with customers and support the sales team.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the garment, textile, or apparel industry.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Excellent coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
