Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and result-driven Banquet Sales Executive with excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, converting enquiries into bookings, and achieving sales targets for banquet events, weddings, corporate functions, and other social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and attract clients for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other banquet functions.

• Handle customer enquiries, explain banquet packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Demonstrate strong convincing and negotiation skills to close deals.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, wedding planners, event managers, and corporate customers.

• Conduct banquet site visits and give presentations to prospective clients.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain records of enquiries, bookings, and payments.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue through effective sales strategies.

• Coordinate with operations, catering, and management teams to ensure smooth event execution.

• Maintain professional client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.

• Confident personality with a professional approach to clients.

• Experience in banquet sales, hotel sales, hospitality, or event management preferred.

• Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.

• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of wedding functions, banquet packages, and event bookings will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
