The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the Pan India sales team, monitoring their performance, preparing analytical reports, and ensuring seamless communication between regional sales teams and management. The role requires strong analytical skills, reporting expertise, and operational coordination abilities. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination • Coordinate daily activities with the Pan India sales team. • Track region-wise sales targets and achievements. • Maintain updated records of sales data and client information. • Support order processing and follow-ups. Sales Monitoring • Monitor sales team performance and target fulfillment. • Track KPIs, conversions, and productivity metrics. • Follow up on pending leads and ensure timely closures. • Identify performance gaps and report to management. Reporting & Analysis • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports. • Analyze sales trends and regional performance data. • Create Excel-based dashboards and summary reports. • Present data insights to senior management. Coordination & Communication • Act as a bridge between management and sales teams. • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings. • Prepare presentations and performance summaries. • Ensure smooth internal communication across departments.
