We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Female Sales & Office Coordinator to support sales operations and manage day-to-day office coordination activities. The candidate should possess good communication skills, computer proficiency, and basic knowledge of Tally to handle billing work in the absence of the Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and execution.
Follow up with customers and distributors regarding orders, dispatches, and payments.
Coordinate with the plant, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer correspondence.
Maintain customer records and sales-related documentation.
Manage office administration and routine coordination activities.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Generate invoices and perform basic billing activities in Tally when required.
Support management in preparing MIS reports and sales data.
Assist in digital communication and other office-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP for billing and invoice generation.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
