Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive coworking space memberships and corporate partnerships. The role involves managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to client onboarding—while ensuring strong relationships and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, broker channels, and digital platforms.
Client Engagement: Conduct tours of coworking spaces, present membership options, and tailor solutions to client needs.
Sales Conversion: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to drive repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with Community and Accounts teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare weekly sales reports, and share insights with management.
