Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Understand customer requirements and explain our construction services.

• Schedule and attend client meetings at the office or project site.

• Conduct site visits and provide suitable project solutions.

• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the design and technical teams for smooth project execution.

• Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM.

• Travel within the assigned area for client meetings and site visits.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Pre-Sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented with a passion for sales.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
