Key Responsibilities – Retail Leasing Executive

Manage retail leasing for the company’s properties.
Bring in new brands, retailers, F&B, and anchor tenants.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and brands.
Generate new leasing leads and maintain a strong leasing pipeline.
Negotiate rent, deposits, lease terms, and commercial deals.
Drive deals from lead generation to final closure and documentation.
Build and maintain a strong network of national, regional, and local brands.
Study market trends, competitor properties, and rental rates to identify opportunities.
Achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and management for smooth deal closure.
Maintain good relationships with existing tenants for renewals and expansions.
Develop and manage an effective broker and channel-partner network.
