Relationship Manager - Retail Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and acquire new retail banking clients through local networking, referrals, and outreach. Complete verification and on-boarding checks according to bank policies. Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of retail customers, nurturing relationships based on trust and professional credibility. Financial Advisory: Analyze individual customer financial needs and objectives to recommend suitable retail banking products, such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, insurance, and retail loans. Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth: Increase wallet share and generate revenue by cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial services and products. Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Handle daily service requests, coordinate with internal branch operations or departments, and resolve client complaints quickly and professionally. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) records, track client interactions, and ensure strict compliance with internal audit and regulatory guidelines.
