Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions

Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research

Handle client queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions

Cross-sell and up-sell products/services
