Position: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (Channel Manager)

Role Summary:
Responsible for driving home loan sales through direct marketing, referrals, and channel partners. Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, manage the loan process from inquiry to disbursement, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close home loan leads.
Build relationships with builders, agents, and customers.
Guide customers through loan applications and documentation.
Coordinate with credit team for approvals and disbursement.
Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation.
Track sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance/Sales preferred).
2–3 years of sales experience (home loans preferred).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
