Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Associate with 1.5–3 years of strong B2C sales experience. The ideal candidate has worked in structured, process-driven sales teams and handled high-ticket consultative sales.
This role is suited for professionals with strong closing ability and early Senior BDA potential.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads and drive end-to-end sales conversion
Conduct detailed need-analysis and deliver consultative sales pitches
Handle high-ticket sales with confidence and ownership
Manage follow-ups, objections, and negotiation effectively
Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline hygiene
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Candidate Profile
Total Experience: 2–5 years
Relevant Sales Experience: 1.5–3 years in B2C sales
Experience in EdTech (preferred), B2C services, SaaS, or consulting
Exposure to non-EdTech sales roles is acceptable if high-ticket sales handled
Age bracket typically 23–28 years (performance matters more than age)
Experience working in mid-sized, structured sales organizations
Average tenure in previous roles: 12–18 months
Graduate (mandatory), PG optional
