job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager (Sales)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who excels in customer acquisition and business development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will close sales through video calls, understand customer travel needs, and convert them into Club Mahindra memberships.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and sell Club Mahindra memberships via video calls

Convert fresh, churned & cold leads into sales

Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets

Handle customer queries and escalations

Upsell memberships and generate referrals

Maintain follow-ups and update CRM

Skills Required

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Sales-driven mindset with target orientation

Ability to handle rejection professionally

Experience in inside sales / B2C sales preferred

Experience & Qualification

3+ years in Travel / Hospitality / Tourism industry

Minimum 1 year in Direct Sales (B2C)

Graduate (Management preferred)
