We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The role involves handling client relationships, managing leads, and driving sales in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads

- Build strong relationships with clients

- Arrange and manage site visits

- Follow up with clients and close deals

- Maintain client database and CRM

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales/real estate

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi)

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills

- Target-oriented mindset

Salary:

₹28,000 – ₹45,000 + Attractive Incentives (No Cap)
