Job Title: Loan Sales Executive
Company: RupeeBoss Financial Services
Job Description: RupeeBoss Financial Services is looking for energetic and target-oriented Loan Sales Executives to promote and sell financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and MSME Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers every morning to generate loan leads.
Explain loan products and assess customer requirements.
Schedule meetings with interested customers.
Visit customers in the afternoon for field sales, document collection, and relationship building.
Follow up with customers until the loan process is completed.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements:
Good communication and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products and banking is preferred.
Ability to work in both telecalling and field sales.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed monthly salary.
