Key Responsibilities:
Contact and convert pre-generated leads through outbound calls.
Explain real estate projects and recommend suitable investment options.
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct client meetings/site visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or voice process is preferred.
Own vehicle is mandatory.
