We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role requires an individual who can take complete ownership of lead engagement, consultative selling, customer relationship management, and post-sales servicing.   • Follow a structured sales process to manage enquiries and ensure timely closures.
  • Establish and maintain professional, trust-driven relationships with doctors and medical practitioners.
  • Manage customer servicing, support, and retention activities with a high level of responsiveness.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customer needs throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Drive business generation initiatives to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and ensure continuous pipeline movement.
  • Track, analyse, and report business performance at periodic intervals to the reporting authority.
  • Manage post-sales coordination, documentation, and policy issuance processes.
  • Ensure accurate customer data management in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
