Job description:

Generate leads for various loan products through cold calling, referrals, branch walk-ins, and market visits
Acquire new customers and build a strong loan portfolio
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for cross-sell and repeat business
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and productivity benchmarks
