Sales Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our Loan DSA operations. with salary 20,000 to 40,000k.The candidate should have strong knowledge of loan products, team handling experience, and the ability to coordinate with banks/NBFCs to ensure successful loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and telecalling team.

• Generate and convert loan leads into successful disbursements.

• Handle Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other loan products.

• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan approvals and processing.

• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely file closures.

• Verify customer documents and ensure smooth processing.

• Monitor team performance and achieve monthly business targets.

• Maintain MIS reports and track lead status.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in Loan DSA, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

• Good knowledge of loan products and documentation.

• Ability to handle a team and achieve business targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Experience in coordinating with banks for sanction and disbursement processes.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
