Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Convert leads into successful loan disbursals.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Assist customers with KYC and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals and disbursals.
• Maintain records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Cross-sell and upsell financial products wherever applicable.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and build relationships with customers.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and customer handling.
• Experience in NBFC, Payday Loan, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong follow-up and target-achievement skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates should have clear communication skills with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in NBFC, Payday Loan, Personal Loan, or Fintech sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
