Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships with traders, investors, clients, and partners associated with Commodity Samachar. The role focuses on client engagement, service support, retention, and promoting market-related products, services, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commodity traders, investors, and subscribers

• Onboard new clients and explain services such as market updates, research, and events

• Handle client queries, feedback, and support professionally

• Coordinate with research, marketing, and operations teams

• Maintain client records and follow up regularly

• Assist in revenue generation and client retention strategies

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of commodity markets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales, client handling, or relationship management experience

• Proficiency in Hindi & English

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
