Relationship Executive – Sales
Department: Sales
Location: North Delhi
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Life Sciences (Preferred)
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Relationship Executive to generate leads and drive business through hospital visits, doctor engagement, and counselling of expectant parents about cord blood banking, stem cell preservation, diagnostics, and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing staff, and front-office teams.
Generate leads through hospital visits, counselling sessions, and referrals.
Promote cord blood banking, diagnostics, and other company services.
Conduct client presentations, follow-ups, and counselling.
Manage enrollments, documentation, payments, and logistics coordination.
Maintain accurate daily activity and lead updates in CRM.
Support hospital tie-ups and maintain promotional materials at assigned locations.
Gather and share relevant market and competitor information.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and relationship-building approach.
Comfortable with field work and hospital environments.
Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
Freshers are welcome; healthcare/hospital marketing experience is an advantage.
