Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales team in driving property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain and update customer databases and call records
Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role (real estate preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate processes and terminology (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in real estate or sales will be an added advantage
