About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Sales Manager/Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, team handling and closing residential and commercial property deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage inbound and warm leads

• Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements

• Coordinate and lead site visits

• Present residential and commercial projects professionally

• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for real estate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

• Good presentation and client-handling skills

• Freshers with strong confidence are welcome; experience is an added advantage
