Candidate must have hands-on experience in core real estate sales and in-depth knowledge of Noida Extension high-rise residential projects(Salary will be fixed for this role)
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Generate site visits / appointments (for real estate).
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with sales team for closures.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Target-oriented mindset.
