We are looking for a Real Estate Telesales/Sales to join our team at at Rahnish Estates. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing information about our real estate projects , and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company projects, properties, offers , and available options to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Achieve calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversion of leads.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, Good convincing and negotiation skills, Target-oriented and self-motivated, and ability to maintain follow-ups and customer records.
