Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented MBA fresher who are passionate about sales and eager to build a career in the real estate industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, site visit coordination, and contributing to revenue growth through structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through outbound calling, digital platforms, references, and other sources.
· Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
· Conduct client qualification and need analysis.
· Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and value propositions effectively.
· Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
· Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings.
· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare daily sales reports.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
· Graduation & MBA (Marketing preferred; Sales/Finance also acceptable)
