Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful bookings.

• Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, site visits, and conversion ratios.

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide training/coaching to improve sales performance.

• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead generation and campaign execution.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide performance updates to management.

• Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records.

• Identify new market opportunities and support business growth.
