Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, social media, and channel partners.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.

• Follow up regularly with prospective buyers and investors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Negotiate pricing and facilitate property bookings and sales closures.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth transaction processing.

• Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Knowledge of the Noida/NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
