Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, and available units.
Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
Regularly follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and booking-related discussions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer and lead databases/CRM.
Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth booking and sales closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate/property market.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
