Real Estate Sales Executive / Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Handling
Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital leads, channel partners, and referrals
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct site visits and project presentations
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients till possession
Ensure proper follow-ups and timely communication
Coordinate with CRM and admin teams for documentation
Handle client queries, objections, and post-sales support
Documentation & Process
Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, and KYC documents
Update CRM with lead status, site visits, and closures
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA norms
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and competition
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Undergraduate
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers can also apply)
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Office
