Key Responsibilities

• Find potential buyers, sellers, or tenants through calls, visits, and online platforms

• Show properties to clients and explain features, prices, and location benefits

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers

• Assist clients with paperwork, agreements, and basic legal formalities

• Maintain records of clients, site visits, and sales leads

• Follow up with customers to close deals and build long-term relationships

• Stay updated on property market trends and new listings
