We are looking for a Real Estate Sales to join our team at DIVYA PADMA INFOSYSTEM LLP is a growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property sales. We are committed to delivering premium property solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales executives for lead assignment and follow-ups
Schedule client meetings and site visits
Maintain and update CRM data and daily sales reports
Prepare proposals, booking forms, and sales-related documents
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses
Track booking status, payment schedules, and documentation
Job Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Comfortable with calling and customer communication.
