Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calling, follow-ups, and networking.
Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into site visits and sales.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Track daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
