Real Estate Sales Executive

📍 Location: Sector 57, Gurugram
💰 Compensation:

• Base Salary: ₹3.5 LPA (depending on experience)

• Commission: 5% of property transaction value

🔑 Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, conduct property tours, negotiate deals, and build lasting client relationships in the Indian real estate market.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Manage schedules & appointments

• Coordinate with clients and handle documentation

• Conduct property site visits

• Negotiate and close sales deals

• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Knowledge of local real estate markets

• Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (willingness to travel)

• Organized, smart & proactive sales mindset

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Immediate joining preferred
