Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Auditor to monitor and evaluate customer interactions/processes and ensure quality standards are maintained. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit calls/processes as per company quality standards

• Provide feedback to team members based on audit findings

• Prepare quality reports and maintain audit records

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Coordinate with team leaders and operations teams for performance improvement

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while auditing

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Quality Auditing/Quality Analysis

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong observation and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

• Ability to handle feedback professionally

• Graduate preferred
