Proposal Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Proposal Engineer with experience in Sewage

Treatment Plants (STP)and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive techno-commercial

proposals by understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and

ensuring all technical and commercial parameters are optimized and compliant with industry

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer RFQs and project requirements to prepare tailored techno-commercial

proposals for STP/ETP projects.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to get updated pricing and lead times for key

equipment and materials.

• Identify and communicate technical assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications within

proposals.

• Design cost-effective and energy-efficient treatment solutions by selecting the right

equipment and process configuration.

• Maintain comprehensive proposal documentation, including costing sheets, technical

submissions, and post-order documentation.

• Interact with clients to resolve technical queries during the bidding and post-order phases.

• Coordinate proposal timelines to meet submission deadlines and ensure internal review

processes are completed.

• Provide technical support and handover guidance to the project execution teams after order

finalization.
