Job Summary:

Matrix Geo Solutions Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling tenders and proposals. The role involves managing end-to-end tendering processes, supporting presales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

• Identify and track tender opportunities from government and private portals

• Prepare and submit complete tender documents (technical & commercial)

• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, formats, and deadlines

• Manage end-to-end tendering process including documentation and submissions

• Coordinate with internal teams for required inputs and approvals

Presales Support:

• Assist in preparing technical proposals and solution documents

• Support in cost estimation and pricing strategies

• Create presentations and proposal documents for client submissions

• Participate in client discussions when required

Business Development Support:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

• Maintain client communication and respond to queries

• Support in contract finalization and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil, Geography, Geomatics, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering/proposal management

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of tendering process and documentation

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and deadline management

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Other Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills
