Product Advisor (Telesales)

Job Overview

We are hiring Product Advisors to handle outbound sales calls, convert leads into paid members, and promote premium services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to members and promote services
Convert free users into paid customers
Follow sales process and maintain call records
Follow up with leads and update details in the system
Meet daily call, talk-time, and revenue targets
Provide a good customer experience and handle walk-in customers (if assigned)

Requirements

Experience: 1–5 years in Sales / Telesales
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (bachelor’s degree preferred)
Languages: English & Tamil
Skills: Communication, negotiation, sales, basic computer & Excel knowledge

Job Details

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift
Age: 18 – 30 years
