Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives in the financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, supporting team members, and ensuring high performance in loan sales such as personal loans, business loans, or credit cards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Monitor daily performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.

• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.

• Train and support new team members.

• Maintain reports on sales performance and daily activities.

• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
  

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or team handling (preferably in financial services).

2. Good communication and leadership skills.

3. Ability to motivate and manage a team.

4. Knowledge of loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Credit Cards is an advantage.

5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
