📢 Job Opening – Customer Support (Voice / Non-Voice)

Location: Noida
Process: Voice & Non-Voice (Chat / Email / Backend)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Offs)
Transport: Both Side Cabs Provided 🚖

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through voice calls or non-voice channels (chat/email).

  • Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues.

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Document customer interactions as per process guidelines.

  • Meet productivity, quality, and performance benchmarks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Good to excellent communication skills (English mandatory).

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

  • Basic computer knowledge required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in hand (based on experience and process).
