Job Role : Pre-Sales Executive

Job Description

Location: Silk Board (Work from Office)

Shift: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Cab Facility: Not provided

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.

• Always ensure a positive and Premium Customer Experience

• Conduct consultative interactions over call with potential customers

• Perform detailed need analysis and recommend best fit solutions

• Provide product information and clarify product related queries

• Provide best and related ongoing offers to customers

• Generating and transfer qualified leads to the store team

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM

• Work towards achieving team and individual targets.

Requirements

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 0 -2 or above years (Freshers welcome!)

Languages: Excellent English & Hindi communication (mandatory)

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Strong interpersonal & listening skills

• Customer-first approach with patience & professionalism

• Willingness to learn & grow

• Good analytical and logical thinking skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience (preferred, not mandatory) in Inbound or outbound calling in pre-sales, Sales, customer service or Customer experience

• Freshers with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi & eagerness to build a career in Customer experience

• Positive, Openness in communication and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
