Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through online, referral, and on-ground channels.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Negotiate and close sales while maintaining proper documentation.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
Build strong client relationships and drive referrals.
Requirements:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting
Real estate experience preferred.
