We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at at The Royal Lands & Nest Co Operative Housing Soceity Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Initial Calling : Call prospective buyers from provided leads, introduce our plot schemes, and generate interest.
Site Visit Coordination : Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with our sales/field team.
Payment Follow-ups : Regularly follow up with booked clients regarding their installment timelines and documentation requirements.
Registration Coordination : Coordinate between the buyer, the society management, and the documentation team to ensure a smooth plot registration process.
Relationship Management : Maintain accurate customer records (CRM / Excel) and handle post-sales queries with a helpful and professional attitude.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
