Eligibility

Experience: 2 to 6+ Years in BFSI / Banking / Financial Services / Sales

Age: 21 to 40 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Financial Consultants.

Drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Generate business through leads, referrals, and networking.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.

Coordinate with branch teams to maximize business opportunities.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Deliver excellent customer service and support.
