✔ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware & solutions
✔ Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), quotations, and technical proposals
✔ Assist in tender preparation (GeM / RFP / RFQ) and documentation
✔ Coordinate with OEMs / vendors for pricing, specifications, and approvals
✔ Support the sales team during client meetings and technical discussions
✔ Create presentations (PPTs) and product demonstrations
✔ Prepare compliance sheets and technical documentation
✔ Ensure timely submission of proposals, tenders, and client requirements
