Indoprops is a growing real estate company based in Indore, specializing in premium residential projects. We deal in high-value residential properties with a ticket size of ₹1 Crore and above. Our focus is on delivering quality projects and professional service to our clients.
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage customer calls, explain property details, and schedule meetings for high-value residential projects.
Leads will be provided through online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and coordinating meetings to drive conversions.
Call customers on provided leads
Explain project details, pricing, and benefits clearly
Handle and resolve customer queries professionally
Schedule meetings and site visits for interested clients
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
Coordinate with sales managers for deal closure
Maintain call records and update lead status
Work towards achieving targets and earning incentives
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate / sales / calling profile
Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Confident, well-spoken, and professional personality
Ability to handle high-value clients (₹1 Cr+ ticket size projects)
Target-oriented and proactive approach
