The Reception & Pre-Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and potential customers. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with pre-sales activities, including lead handling, customer engagement, and coordination with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage front-desk operations and maintain a neat reception area
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and follow office security procedures
Provide basic information about the company, products, and services
Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, website, and walk-ins
Understand customer requirements and provide initial product/service information
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely responses
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover
Prepare basic reports on leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or pre-sales (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales support or lead generation
